Please read on! The Instructional Designer is responsible for managing the creation, design and development of highly engaging training content, to support Company’s internal and external education, in addition to overall business learning objectives. The Instructional Designer also assists in the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring proper procedures are institutionalized for both content creation as well as user experience (including business reporting needs).


  • Bachelor’s degree in training, education, instructional design or related field
  • Experience in education, training, programming, graphic design or educational architecture preferred
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, Lectora, Captivate, and/or FSPro a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to translate technical data into easy-to-understand language
  • Ability to independently manage and lead multiple projects
  • Ability to successfully communicate and interact with internal staff (including upper management and sales force), outside vendors, and customers
  • Strong project management skills (organization, scheduling, time management, attention to deadlines & budgets, etc.)
  • Ability to work as a team member or independently
  • Certification in Adult Learning and/or Instruction Design a plus
  • Knowledge of Information Mapping and Formatting Solutions a plus
